Herb Jacobs Adjunct Professor of New York University’s

Herb Jacobs is currently teaching a course Negotiating Loan Agreements after having taught a variety of other courses that include Financial Statement Analysis, Money and Banking, Managing a Commercial Bank Loan Portfolio and Structuring Loan Agreements. Mr. Jacobs had taught previously at NYU in 2001-2002. In addition, Mr. Jacobs serves on the Board of Directors of College Loan Corporation and co-authored a text book titled "Handbook of Corporate Lending - A guide for Bankers and Financial Managers
